Digital Designer (m/f/d)

What you can expect:
- You are a designer of digital applications, from brainstorming to implementation. Your main task: You will develop top user-friendly and aesthetically appealing interfaces – from corporate websites as inspiring brand experiences to informative platforms and web shops as the ultimate shopping experience.
- Working closely with teams of front-end developers, you will bring designs to life and ensure that they seamlessly transition into technical specifications.
- You will take the lead on various projects, hold workshops, conduct customer meetings and advise our customers with your expertise in digital design.
- You will develop comprehensive design systems and asset libraries that enable consistent and scalable designs.
- You are responsible for conducting UX research, testing design concepts through usability tests and coordinating with developers to ensure perfect implementation.
What you bring to the table:
- You have 3-6 years of professional experience in digital design and have already worked in leadership roles in an interdisciplinary team. Your experience in branding helps you to strategically position brands in the digital world.
- You are proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma and are always technically up to date. A basic understanding of front-end development enables you to work effectively with development teams.
- You have an eye for design and the ability to think analytically and develop concepts that are both functionally and visually impressive.
- You present convincingly in German and English and are able to defend your design decisions in a technically sound manner.
- You have high quality standards and your enthusiasm for new, creative solutions inspires the entire team.
