Motion Designer
What to expect:
- Implementation of short videos and moving image content for social media, websites, digital ads and other platforms.
- Creating storyboards, animations, visual effects and other graphic elements to develop visual stories and reinforce brand messages
- Working closely with the creative team to understand and implement design requirements and with audio and video production teams to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Ensure all moving image content adheres to brand guidelines and provides a consistent brand experience.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and internal presentations of concepts.
- Implement creative concepts to effectively communicate brand messages through video.
- Effectiveness of moving image content in terms of user engagement and brand perception.
- Project management and adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Participation in client meetings and meetings in a supporting role.
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in design, animation, film production or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in motion design, ideally in an agency or company with a focus on digital media.
- Strong creativity, strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Presentation skills as well as problem solving skills.
- Experience with storytelling and knowledge of design principles for moving image content.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Suite with a focus on After Effects and Premiere Pro and possibly other specialized software tools.
