Senior Art Director

What to expect:
- You will be part of our up-and-coming agency, which has everything from start-ups to globally active corporates in its portfolio.
- You will conceive, design and realize ideas and concepts in the field of branding and make brands fit for the digital age.
- In coordination with our Creative Director, you will take on the management of various projects and enjoy leading your team professionally and driving ideas forward. You are responsible for the clean and creative work of your team members and provide groundbreaking impulses in the development process.
- With your strong conceptual skills, you translate marketing and sales strategies into creative branding and communication concepts.
- Practice also means a lot to you. Of course, you are also happy to lend a hand yourself if necessary.
- You present to customers in German and English and advise them with your professional expertise.
What you bring on the table:
- You have 6-8 years of professional experience as an art director with a focus on branding projects and experience in leading an art team.
- You live for design, understand timeless classics and are always the first to be up to date on current trends.
- With your very good analytical skills and your systematic approach, you develop solid concepts that are to the point and inspiring in terms of design. You know how to bring brands to life, both online and offline.
- Your portfolio impresses with well thought-out and bold design systems, your flair for typographic subtleties and expressive logos.
- Thanks to your communication skills, you score points not only in teamwork, but also in presentations to clients.
- You have a high level of quality awareness and you infect us all with your enthusiasm and love of experimentation.
- You have a professional and confident command of your tools, such as the Adobe Creative Suite; you are very familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
