What began as the Female Leadership Academy has grown into a powerful community that combines expert knowledge, emotional intelligence, and a spirit of play to create lasting impact. 🌀 The challenge: * Rapid growth and a broadening offer needed a clearer brand architecture. * The old name limited reach and digital adaptability. * The brand needed to embody both professionalism and joy – and connect across podcasts, courses, events, and more. ✨ Our solution: We started with a new name: DearMonday – a confident, optimistic answer to the Sunday Scaries. A symbol of new beginnings, shared momentum, and empowered community. The brand design builds on that spirit: a clear, custom wordmark paired with a dynamic visual system. Striking typography, a vibrant color palette, playful illustrations and storytelling-driven layouts create a toolkit that works across all media – and keeps growing with the brand.
